  4. Now go to the C:\Windows\System32 either C:\Windows\SysWOW64 location.
  5. Here, copy the IMM32.dll file from this location.
  6. Now connect the USB drive to the computer where the IMM32.dll file is missing or corrupted.
  7. Navigate to the location from where you copied the IMM32.dll file to this system, and rename the existing file to something else.
  8. Paste the copied file in the same location and restart the computer.
  9. After this you may need to register this DLL file.

Once the computer restarts, the new IMM32.dll file will appear. This will allow applications that require this file to start and perform the required task.
