microsoft scheduler and Microsoft to do both are task management apps. Although their basic purpose is different from each other, they serve a common solution, and that is to manage tasks, time, and teams. To-Do is more about solo projects, where you need to see your personal to-do list. Microsoft Planner is efficient if you need to manage a team with fewer interdependencies. If you’re doing both, you’d like to see your personal to-do list alongside your distributed tasks in Microsoft Planner. Well, with Microsoft Teams, it’s possible. These are the steps that will help you view Microsoft Planner tasks in Microsoft To Do.
How to view Microsoft Planner tasks in Microsoft To Do
If you’re using the latest version of the Microsoft 365 suite, you’ll most likely see these two apps (Microsoft Planner and To Do) together. As a result, you will see the tasks and other details below. This window looks like the following:

As seen in the image above, the to-do list appears at the top, while the scheduler task list appears at the bottom. Microsoft To Do primarily creates lists for individual planning. On the other hand, Planner creates a task list for the team.
As you can see on the right side panel, inside the green box is the list of tasks created for teams using Planner. Some of the tasks are multi-dependent. Therefore, you may see more than one team member appearing in front of those tasks. On the other hand, the tasks in the red box are the tasks that are part of the individual task list.
These two apps appearing together make task management much easier.
However, if you can’t see these apps together, follow the steps below to view Microsoft Planner tasks in Microsoft To Do.
