Hi, I am using a Macbook Pro M1 2022 and lately when I use Sketchup Pro 2022 the program crashes when I go from the ‘colors in model’ tab to the ‘colors’ tab. Whenever I try to open the colors tab, the program crashes immediately and I get a bugsplat notification when I open it again. I have uninstalled the program and installed version 2023 and it still does the same thing. Any suggestions on this?

Are you running Ventura? if so, is it locked in 2022? Because 2022 is not officially endorsed by Ventura, most people have had a good experience, but for some, it has brought flaws.
If SU2022 is faulty, can you try SU2023?
Hello, sorry for the confusion! I was on SU2022 when it started to crash as I mentioned. I decided to try uninstalling it completely and then reinstalling SU2023 to see if that fixed the problem. It didn’t, it immediately crashed again as soon as I opened the color palette tab. I’m in Ventura. Do you know if 2023 is supported or not? Maybe I should try going back to 2021?

2023 is supported. That is one of the things that I solve, I support Ventura.
your crash report might help, it mentions a bugsplat, if you sent it using the same email as in this forum Colin will find it.
I looked, and couldn’t see any, for 2022 or 2023.
I hadn’t submitted the report, but I just did now.
Thank you. I see other people have had a similar crash when performing other actions. I have asked the developers to see if they can detect what the crashes have in common.

Hi @ShannaFlodstrom, I’m having the exact same problem with my Sketchup Pro 2022. It’s a trial version and it gives me a red screen error once I try to select the “wood” palette. Of course I lose everything once the red screen appears and when I reopen the project I can choose and paint using the wood palette. However, when you decide to use the wooden palette later, it will happen again. Please if you get a solution let me know, thanks in advance!
